There is a foundation called TANKER (Tamilnadu Kidney Research Foundation), where they treat all kidney related problems free of cost. They even do Dialysis free of cost.

TANKER Foundation has been set up primarily with the aim of providing financial assistance for underprivileged patients for dialysis, transplantation, investigation and medication costs. The Foundation also aims to encourage organ donation at time of death, so that cadaveric transplantation can benefit needy patients.
