The person is responsible for handling Technical issues.

Skills Required:

- Strong Communication skills with demonstrated clarity in spoken and written words. Read/Write/Speak effectively in English.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills viz MS Office,MS outlook, Internet Explorer, Desktop H/W troubleshooting and LAN.
- Customer orientation with excellent customer care handling skills.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Awareness of maintaining MIS reports.

Educational Qualification:

- BSc/BCom/BA/BCA (BE/BTech/MCA's strictly NOT entertained)

- BCom and BA preferably with some computer course.
