Process Metrics
Process Facilitation
Configuration Management / Tools
QC Tools
Knowledge of ISO / CMM Standards
Knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills

Facilitate the project processes and process documents
Co-ordinate project process reviews
Metrics reporting/review & analysis
Conduct Release audits / QA Audits / CM Audits
Defect prevention activities
